Welcome to PawGo. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to PawGo. PawGo operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with a secure and optimized shopping experience.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies published on this site. If you do not agree, you should not use our site.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, providing accurate and up-to-date information, and assuming responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.
SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
PawGo sells physical products shipped directly to the customer's address. We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors or product appearance may vary depending on the device used to access the site.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will be exactly as shown on the site. We reserve the right to modify descriptions, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. PawGo reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been processed.
We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Returns are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. Purchases made on this site are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The applicable final price will be the one displayed at the time of purchase. Prices do not include taxes, customs fees, or additional charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers must provide valid, complete, and up-to-date payment information. By completing a purchase, the customer warrants that they are duly authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PawGo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once the product is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
Estimated timeframes:
- Order processing: 2 to 4 business days
- Delivery time: 7 to 12 business days
- Free and insured shipping
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns within 90 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and shows no signs of damage caused by the customer.
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, products without original packaging, or requests made outside the established period.
If a product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including logos, images, text, designs, and materials, is the property of PawGo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, resell, modify, or publish this content without prior written authorization.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may offer third-party tools or features on an "as is" basis and without warranties. Their use is at your own risk and responsibility.

SECTION 10 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
PawGo uses Shopify as its e-commerce platform. However, all purchases are made directly with PawGo. Shopify is not responsible for our products, policies, refunds, customer service, or commercial transactions. The user expressly releases Shopify and its affiliates from any liability arising from transactions with PawGo.
SECTION 11 - PRIVACY POLICY
The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Some processing and site operation services may be provided through Shopify and its associated providers.
SECTION 12 - FEEDBACK
Any suggestions, comments, or reviews submitted by the customer may be used by PawGo without any obligation to compensate, maintain confidentiality, or respond.
SECTION 13 - ERRORS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel orders if any information related to prices, products, promotions, or availability is incorrect, even after an order has been confirmed.
