We sell physical products shipped directly to your door. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns and refunds within 90 days of receiving the product, as long as the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused
• It must be in its original packaging
• It must show no signs of damage caused by the customer

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Requests made outside the 90-day period

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no additional cost to you.

By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• They are purchasing a physical product shipped by mail
• Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days
• Delivery time is 7 to 12 business days
• Returns are subject to the conditions described in this policy
